Banana Bread

The BEST Banana Bread you will ever have!

Its vegan, gluten free and absolutely delicious!!

Recipe

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup agave
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

In a large mixing bowl, smash your bananas. 

Combine your dry ingredients then add in your wet ingredients and combine all together. Add in your chocolate chips.

Grease a 9 inch loaf pan. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 35-37 minutes.
