Chocolate Tart

My Chocolate Tart is somewhere between a mouse and an ice cream. The chocolate flavor that pulls through with a mix of creamy coconut texture is just perfect!!



  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 350. In a medium bow, combine all of the ingredients for the crust. Grease an 8 or 9 inch pie dish. Press the crust into the dish, covering the walls as well. Bake for 8-10 minutes. 


  • 1 (15oz) can of organic coconut milk
  • 1 (16oz) bag of chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp agave(optional for added sweetness)

Add the chocolate chips and coconut milk to a small pot. Stir over low heat until fully combine, where the chocolate chips are completely melted. Add in your optional agave, and stir. 

Pour the filling in the pie dish over the crust. Freeze for 3 hours. Remove from freezer to decorate. 

I like to use blueberries and shredded coconut flakes but the options are endless!

Return to the freezer for an additional hour.

Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.
