Oatmeal Cookies
These are your new weekly, go-to cookies!
Recipe
1 1/2 cups quick oats
3/4 cup oat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Then stir in the wet ingredients. Add in chocolate chips.
Refrigerate batter for 8-10 minutes. Roll batter into balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
